Eager announces its annual conference

Program: The program of Eager 2001 consists of a series of invited lectures and a lectures given by young researchers selected from a call for abstracts (see below). The lectures will cover important new developements in algebraic geometry with particular emphasis on the connections between algebraic geometry, symplectic geometry and theoretical physics.
Call for abstracts:
Young researchers are encouraged to submit an abstract for a lecture. The
scientific committee will select lectures among these for the conference
program. Deadline for the call for abstracts is April 1st, 2001.
